MICROSOFT PROPOSES TO BUY YAHOO!
Microsoft announced its intention to buy Yahoo! search engine offering the incredible amount of approximately $44.6 billion, or $31 per share. This price is 62% over the price of the share now, althought it’s still less than the higher of the year, which was $34,08, achived at the end of October.
